Maxine Bannan, Centre Director, Mairangi Bay
With over 20 years in the early childhood education sector, Centre Supervisor Maxine Bannan has a wealth of valuable experience, skills, and knowledge. Maxine joined the centre when it opened in 2008 after spending five years at Lollipops in Orewa. A fan of music, Maxine loves encouraging the children to discover their singing voices by leading them in regular sing-alongs. As a mum to three fantastic children, Maxine identifies with the issues that parents face as their children move through their developmental stages and milestones. Her friendly and happy nature is welcomed by parents, staff and children who find her to be approachable and available at any time. Maxine has a Bachelor and Degree in Early Childhood Education and plans to complete a Post-graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education Management.
