As a mum herself, Anna has a good understanding of the concerns and interests that parents have when selecting a quality childcare centre, she recognizes the importance of ensuring parents have peace of mind in knowing their children are safe, happy and loved. Anna joined the team at Lollipops in 2008 after a successful career as a constable with the New Zealand Police. She has quickly become the backbone of the centre and is involved with every aspect of its day-to-day running and management. Selecting the best possible staff, providing quality educational resources, and ensuring that the centre provides a nurturing environment where children love to learn are at the very heart of Anna’s role.“One of the most rewarding aspects of the job is meeting with new parents and developing a great relationship with them and their children. Our centre has very welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels like part of a family.” |
