Lollipops Educare Parnell
Originally, I have enrolled Joanna at Britomart Lollipops very early to save her a place. I was thinking to take her to daycare when she is about one year old. However, due to my work arrangement, I started my part time job earlier than planned. Therefore, I went to the Britomart centre to change the starting date. Unfortunately, the centre director there said there was no space before the date I have enrolled. My husband and I then went to the Parnell centre. The centre director Youngju kindly advised there was both part time and full time available. She also suggested maybe it's a good idea to start part time first for Joanna, and on those days when it’s a bit quiet. She introduced the centre to both of us in a very professional manner and also offered to contact the Britomart centre to sort out the transfer and paperworks.
During the days we took Joanna for visiting, Youngju has been always very caring and helpful. For example, she always gives tips on helping Joanna to settle in the centre. We appreciated those tips and found them also useful at home. After the official journey started in the centre for Joanna, Youngju always put an eye on her and keep me updated. As a mum, I was expecting the transition would be difficult to start with. But Youngju helped us to make the process much easier and smooth. I believed that it would be very difficult to leave our baby to "strangers", however, Youngju gave me lots of reinsurance and provided me a great relief about the transition.
Clearly, I can see Youngju is a hardworking, passionate and knowledgeable director in the centre. A staff like her is not easy to find.
Great job Youngju! Keep up the good work.

Lollipops Educare Birkenhead
We have been part of the Lollipops Birkenhead family for nearly 7 years now – with two children going through the centre, from the time they were each around 9 months old. I refer to it as the “Lollipops Birkenhead Family” because that’s how it feels. It’s a friendly, welcoming centre that has all the fundamentals right…and so much more. The staff greet my son by name as he comes through the door each morning and ensure he is occupied and happily settled for the day before I depart. He comes home singing new songs, talking about different books, has a vast array of artwork and is learning to write his name. He loves the dress-ups, the sand pit and all the water play. Going to Lollipops is enjoyable and educational for him.
There have been lots of opportunities for us to meet other parents through the centre, and we and our children, have made strong friendships through Lollipops – with other families and with staff. As our eldest son moved away from Lollipops, his transition to school was eased by the strong bonds he had formed with other Lollipops kids who had moved on to school before him. Lollipops kids seem to look out for each other. He loves coming back to collect his younger brother, and visit his former teachers – they still greet him enthusiastically too. It’s a warm centre and we happily recommended it to others.

Thanks for everything that you and your team have done for Mei and I over the past 2 years. Lollipops has been just fantastic. She just loved it there. Lollipops offered me such a fantastic service. I am sorry that Mei would have eaten you out of house and home and that I was always the last to pick her up.... but I guess that is just part of the fantastic service you offered. I absolutely loved the fact that
a) lollipops supplied the food
b) lollipops supplied the nappies
c) Lollipops had fantastic hours
.... Many of the creches above do not offer a, b or c above - and you offer all 3. This makes it so much easier for busy working mums and dads. Just brilliant - and you are hugely accommodating of the hospital staff and the crazy odd and long hours we work. I just needed to say thanks for that and that I really appreciated it.
I have not enrolled Mei in another creche in cambridge, but only because I am realy enjoying being with her at home and being a stay at home mum for a while.
If they lure me back to work, I will certainly be giving you guys a bell.

I wish to express my appreciation for the care being given to my son Finn Taylor. I have been so impressed with the service with which you provide.
I chose Lollipops after visiting many other alternatives and upon the high recommendation of Michelle I found your facilities to be the most inviting, clean and fun! The staff has also really impressed me, they also are very caring and lots of fun!
Finn, despite being a bit sad when I leave, absolutely raves about his time at Lollipops. I am really thankful to all the staff in the Kiwi room. Who have been really supportive when Finn is upset at drop off time. It is nice to leave him and watch as someone shows enough care to give him some cuddles! This has made the transition a lot easier for myself and Finn.

We are all feeling a little overwhelmed that today is our last day seeing you all. We have so enjoyed being part of your little community over the last (almost) 5 years!
Thank you for all the love and effort with our two kids. Felix was just a small baby – hard to believe. We have watched the centre grow into such a wonderful place over the years, such a sense of warmth, caring and creativity. All the kids are very lucky to have been in such a great environment.
We hope that the great teachers, Siligia, Cenena, Annie, Sherylynn, Adele, Iki and all the other wonderful team continue to make such a caring place.

Lollipops Parnell, Auckland
I would like to thank wonderful teachers, Mairead, Sarah and Rebecca at Lollipops, Parnell.
My daughter Grace attended Lollipops, Parnell for about 21 months. Now she turned 5 years
old and finished her daycare last week.
As an ethnic Korean with no English, it was not easy for Grace to get accustomed in the new English speaking environment. However, thanks to the amazing teachers, Grace just thoroughly enjoyed her time there. Mairead and Sarah have understanding for different cultures and values, and they displayed the respect at all times.
Every morning Grace was greeted by happy teachers wearing big bright smile. I saw their enthusiasm and love for the children. It is simply uplifting and contagious and made my child grew every day in love.
I also would like to thank Rebecca who is a teacher in under 2’s room. She was always helpful and caring. She did not mind providing any extra help to Korean parents whose English is limited.
I highly recommend Lollipops, Parnell to any mum and dad who look for a reliable daycare for their children. I guaranteed that your child will be well looked after.
Grace already misses all her wonderful teachers. Thank you for providing wonderful childhood memories to Grace.

Andrea, I just wanted to write a quick note to you in relation to the staff in the Under 2's room. Louise, Lucia, Cialo and Ellen have been absolutely incredible. It is so comforting to know that there are people watching over Taylor who, I feel, truly care about the children they look after. As Taylor is at day care for a large amount of time, it was important for me to find the right team to, essentially, have a hand in 'raising' her and in my experience with the ladies in the Under 2's room, not only on a professional level, they have been amazing and I can't praise them enough. Those girls have a very difficult job and yet seem to do it so well. Taylor is thriving at the centre and I have them to thank for doing such a good job caring for her. I would also like to thank you as a Manager for running such a great centre.

I recommend this daycare to every mum I know as I was just so happy with how well looked after, nurtured and cared for Oli was during his time. We will miss his teachers so much, and his friends too! My son started at Broadway Lollipops Educare when it first opened. I have been extremely impressed with the level of care he has received and the excellent resources the centre has. When we arrive each morning we are greeted with smiles – it is a happy place to be and seems like a big family. I enjoy taking my son in each morning and chatting with the teachers and staff. Our 4 ½ year old son Max has been going to Lollipops Lynnmall since he was 6 months old, and our youngest child Casey, who is now 14 months old, has been there since he was 7 weeks old. We were really comfortable leaving little Casey in their care at such a young age, as the team at Lollipops had done a wonderful job looking after Max, and had become almost like extended family to us. The ladies at Lollipops very obviously care deeply about each and every one of the children in their care, and make a special effort to make sure each child feels safe and loved. Every day my children get to play and learn in a wonderful environment with fully qualified early-childhood teachers, they are fed a healthy, balanced diet, and are cuddled and cared for by people who genuinely love them - I couldn't’t ask for anything more.

My daughter Della has been going to Lollipops Lynnmall since she was 3months old as I had to return to work part time, I was originally referred there by a good friend and had visited with her to pick up her son so I immediately felt it was the best place for my little girl.
Della has been at Lollipops now for 15months and I do not have a negative word I could say about the place or the staff, it is like a second home and family for Della and as a single mum it is great to know she is well looked after and I can feel 100% confident knowing she is in a safe, fun and friendly environment and is learning every day.
I highly recommend Lollipops to anyone looking for somewhere not just to for their child to go but to grow...

My daughter who is 14 months old, has only just started at Blighs Road Lollipops Educare and so far, the experience has been incredibly positive. Although she is at the height of her 'clinging to Mum' phase, she has already forged a bond with her primary caregiver, Deb. She now interacts happily with these new people in her life and enjoys the organised activities of painting, messy play and music time. Her face lights up every time we arrive at Lollipops (that's not to say she doesn't still cry when Mummy leaves for a couple of minutes) and has embraced new developmental steps that she had previously been unwilling to try (standing, using a sippy cup).
I can't say enough about the carers in the Under Two's room. They are easy to communicate with regarding changes in routine, expectations and development. They are genuinely caring, nurturing people who obviously enjoy their work and the children they care for. I feel at ease knowing that my daughter is being taken care of by them each day.
Overall, I love the mix of professionalism, courtesy and care that Blighs Rd Lollipops Educare has. I can't recommend their centre enough and look forward to a long and happy relationship with them in the future.

My grand-daughter attends Lollipops Educare Blighs Road full-time. She loves going to preschool and has developed wonderful relationships with her teachers and friends. I am amazed at what she is learning and love hearing her talk about what she has been doing there and seeing what she has created. It is a lovely environment for her and she will be well prepared for school next year.

As a new parent returning to work, I was apprehensive about leaving my baby in full time childcare. I turns out I needn't have been. All the staff welcomed us with open arms. My daughter receives the same kindness, care and respect as if she were on the their own. I have tremendous peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of by knowledgeable, well trained teachers that truly want the best for her.
