Kia ora koutou and haere mai to the 2nd instalment of Little Scientists!
Today Jess and Tom worked with the tamariki and Bumblebees! Investigating their look and feel under magnifying glasses and understanding more how the Bumblebees vibrate by relating to tuning forks! Wow!
The tamariki and Tom and Jess had a korero about what insects are pests and how you would know one if you saw one! And finally the tamariki tested their sense of smell by identifying either peppermint or orange on their friends' little fluffball of cotton wool... So cool guys!
