At Lollipops Pāpāmoa we provide a nurturing, respectful and loving environment for tamariki aged 3 months to 5 years old. We celebrate individuality, culture, wairua and diversity with our tamariki through our inclusive and bi cultural curiculum, Te Whāriki (New Zealand’s Early Childhood Curiculum)
We believe in creating a sense of tūrangawaewae, connecting with home and whānau, developing warm reciprocal relationships (ngā hononga) to enhance the children’s sense of mana atua (well-being) and mana whenua (belonging). Empowering tamariki to contribute to their own learning in a holistic manner.
As intentional Kaiako we strive to role model manaakitanga, showing empathy for our place, our environment and our animals through a culture of care and guardianship, kaitiakitanga.
Our overall aspiration at Lollipops Pāpāmoa is to nourish our tamariki by supporting their physical development, emotional uniqueness and spiritual connectedness.
