Lollipops Newton Road has three separate rooms, enabling us to deliver safe, nurturing and age appropriate learning experiences for all our children.
Under 2s
Here the focus is on loving and nurturing the young babies and understanding parents’ hopes and aspirations for their child.
Daily Flow
7:30 am: Centre opens, free play
8:45 am: Nappy changing
8:55 am: Tidy up, mat time
9:00 am: Wash hands and morning tea; first sleeps for children who need it
9:30 am: Indoor outdoor flow
10:45 am: Nappy change
10:55 am: Tidy up, mat time, wash hands
11:00 am: Lunch time
11:45 am: Sleep time
1:30 pm: Nappies changed and bottles given as children wake up
2:00 pm: Wash hands and have afternoon tea
2:30 pm: Free play
3:30 pm: Nappy change, outdoor tidy up
5:00 pm: Wash hands for late snack, free play
6:00 pm: Centre closes
Toddler Room
Designed for our little ones aged 2 to 3.5 years, in this room we focus on empowering exploration and communication among toddlers and strengthening their sense of the world around them.

8/8:30 am: Toddlers and preschoolers separate into their own rooms
9:00 am: Nappy changes/toileting
9:15 am: Tidy up and mat time

10:00 am: Indoor outdoor flow
10:50 am: Nappy changes/toileting
11:15 am: Tidy up time, mat time, wash hands
11:35 am: Lunch time

3:55 pm: Preschool Room joins with Toddler Room for free play inside and out

For our preschoolers aged 3.5 to 5 years, it is all about building self-help skills, resilience and confidence, in preparation for school.
