Last week on March 12, kitchens across the country were a hive of activity as pancake lovers of all ages stirred, poured, decorated and devoured this much-loved favourite. The children at Lollipops Pukekohe got to join in on the fun, using a wide variety of fruit to create some true masterpieces.
